I have studied the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu since 1997. In August of 2014, I received my black belt in Brazilian Jiu-jitsu from Carlson Gracie Jr 2nd Degree black belt Michael Odonnel. This was a life long achievement for myself. I have tested my craft through trial and error in numerous battles in the mixed martial arts arena and grappling tournaments. I want to convey this knowledge to you in the best way I know how, through detailed and aggressive instruction in the art I know and love.

Accomplished Boxer
Rick Williams Started boxing at the young age of 15 in 1972 going on to become an amateur boxer out of former WBA Heavyweight Champion Greg Page’s gym from 1978-1980 in Louisville, KY.
Other accomplishments:

Won a Ind tournament in 1979

In 1982, he returned with Bud Bruner and taught former champ Jimmy Ellis

Fought in the Kentucky Golden Gloves in 1982 , which was his only loss

Finished w/a 15-1 (13 KO) record in 1982 and continued to spar/train until this day

Joined GSA in July, 2011 as a student training in Boxing, BJJ, and Muay Thai/MMA training
