I have studied the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu since 1997. In August of 2014, I received my black belt in Brazilian Jiu-jitsu from Carlson Gracie Jr 2nd Degree black belt Michael Odonnel. This was a life long achievement for myself.
I have tested my craft through trial and error in numerous battles in the mixed martial arts arena and grappling tournaments. I want to convey this knowledge to you in the best way I know how, through detailed and aggressive instruction in the art I know and love.

Extensive grappling experience including wrestling and brazilian jiujitsu. BJ leads the saturday class and helps students perfecting there technique. A strong methodical training method, with a focus on the pure basic movements of Juijitsu.

Erin is an accomplished grappler and mma fighter, she has an extensive traditiona martiala rts background on top of grappling and striking. She leads the kids class striking program.

damon Bell is a life time martial artist, and runs our competition mma, and kickboxing team
Officer Clements is a police officer, and a talented purple belt in brazilian Jiujitsu. He brings experience in many fields to the gym, and assists in the adult program.
Rick Williams Started boxing at age 15 in 1972.
He boxed ( amatuer) out of former WBA Heavyweight Champion Greg Page’s gym from 1978-1980, here in town.
In 1982, he returned with Bud Bruner ( he taught former champ Jimmy Ellis) , a young Ali even trained there. He won a Ind tournament in 1979. Fought in the Kentucky Golden Gloves in 1982 ( my only loss)
I finished w/a 15-1 (13 KO) record in 1982. But still continued to spar/ train. Continue to this day.
I joined GSA in July, 2011 as a student, I trained boxing, BJJ, Muay Thai/ MMA training.
